My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We chose the hotel for a variety of reasons, and they all proved to be good reasons! A great location next to the train station meant getting to the hotel from the airport was quick and inexpensive, and getting to and from Amsterdam city centre was easy and very convenient. At check-in to the hotel the receptionist was friendly and efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in room 1015 and the view was really interesting! The room itself was very well appointed and we couldn't think of anything missing compared to the many other city-centre hotels we have stayed at, and the bed was really comfortable. (I stay at a lot of hotels for business/leisure and this has to be one of the most comfortable beds ever). We walked to the local square on the first evening and there are plenty of goods bars and restaurants to choose from. One restaurant didn't have an English menu but the waitress spent a few minutes talking us through the options and the meal was wonderful. As I said, getting to Amsterdam city centre was a 12 minute train ride and only cost a few euro's so the location of hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone spending a few days in and around Amsterdam.
