Booked hotel on the web . Booked A double room Feb' 2014 for July 2014 . Arrived at hotel at 10;30 am and found out that there is a problem and we were booked as single room . Receptionist said she will take care of it and will fix the problem .Checked the reservation and saw the double room booking .The room was not ready so we left and returned at 5 pm. Went up to the third floor without an elevator. Not easy to carry your bags up there. Found a small room without a/c.We had a feeling we got a single room but were to tired complaint . When checked out asked for bell boy for bags and was told no one available due to holiday .Hotel restaurant closed in july to august due to holiday but was not mentioned on the hotels site.
