This place was a really nice respite. We had been walking around Enkhuizen, which is worth the effort, BTW, after seeing the Zuiderzee Museum. They were quite busy serving meals at the time. When we told them we only wanted to stop in to get something warm to drink, they brought us right in. The restaurant and bar are in several historic-looking rooms. They probably were historic. I can't comment on the food, but I can say, the people working there were extremely nice. Most people seemed to be Dutch and not tourists. And the inside of the building was quite attractive on its own. I just wish we had the chance to go back later for a meal.
