WE had the seven course from the land menu. It started with 3 or 4 amuse bouche ; one had dry ice smoking all over the prep table.
We choose a Dutch white wine to go with all the courses that was not as dry as I would have liked.
Everything that comes out of the kitchen has fresh herbs from the rooftop garden....very creative and added to the tastes on the plate.
There were probably 3 or 4 pre desserts + the main dessert. it all was excellent.
As usual, we had many questions for our servers and they answered them all. At the end of the meal we met Chef Christopher Naylor and thanked him for a great meal.
