Hector and Ton have a wonderful property here. The location is perfect --- in the middle of old Amsterdam and easily within walking distance of virtually everything! Ton went above and beyond to assist me with lost luggage and arranging cabs when my cell phone failed to work in Europe. This is a lovey clean property with a very comfortable bed! I will DEFINATELY be back!

*** The bottle of bubbly and orange juice was the perfect wind down following a long overseas flight!

What a lovely neighborhood this delightful little studio apartment is in! After sailing for two weeks on river cruise it was wonderful to be able to relax in a roomy space, walk to the museum, walk to dinner (there are many, many restaurants to choose from). We enjoyed the t.v. and a plus was free wifi. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. The Jacksons

We stayed in the second floor apartment. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfectly located for walking around Amsterdam. It is situated opposite a small supermarket and a bakery/cheese shop. The balcolny was a lovely surprise- brilliant for the last drink of the evening!
Ton and Hector were welcoming and very helpful. We felt we knew them before we had arrived!

What a great find! There is nothing I can say that is negative about this place. We stayed here along with two other couples and rented all three of the studios. All were well furnished, the shower/toilet was modern and immaculately clean as was the whole studio. it was nice to have a modern kitchen area with hob/microwave. The location is ideal - in a fairly quiet canalside street, but only a few minutes walk to plenty of bars/restaurants and also the tram (although we found it easy to walk to most places) I would highy recommend the Prinx Studios (apart from anyone who is unable to climb fairly steep stairs!) We would definately stay here again.

The apartment is in a fantastic location of Amsterdam just a short stroll to the Rijksmuseum and close to the other major attractions in Amsterdam e.g., Dam Square, Red Light District, Jordaan, etc . The apartment has recently been refurbished so the interiors are new, stylish and very comfortable. The studio facing the canal is stunning. The owners Ton and Hector are very hospitable and very helpful. The price is also really good especially when you compare it to other types of accommodation in Amsterdam.

This place is a gem.
