Website - Great; I never thought booking a hotel room could be so easy. Very user-friendly, full of useful information, very clear and true about the hotel facilities, and the way the location is shown is easily apreensible; after seeing some of the prices in Amsterdam, relation price vs quality seems very, very good.
Location - for business purposes, it should be perfect; for me, it was a leisure trip and it was ok; taking the train, it took me a few minutes to go from the airport to the hotel, very easy; taking the tram from the hotel to the city centre takes takes around 30 mins, no problem, but the city centre is so nice, that I got curious if there's other good design / good price hotels nearer to the centre.
Services - fantastic! the common areas (that join self check-in, cafeteria, lobby, tv area, internet access point, and whatever else you can think of) look fantastic, with good, confortable design, a bit too dark in the evening but still excellent; breakfast looked fantastic, everything carefully placed; as expected, everything is automatic, but very easy to use; curious enough, since it's all self-service, the person in charge in every shift seems to have the time to give you personalized service, all the help you need and be a true public relations for the brand. Stijn was the person in charge that day and he had all sorts of good advices for me on interesting places to visit in Amsterdam.
Accommodation - this was the only thing I found a bit desappointing; of course, the design is very original and still practical, I didn't feel in a place as appealing as the common areas; I felt that something was lacking there, possibly less white, less lighting and more wood; also, I didn't fell in love with the theme painted in my wall, too dark.
