“Excelent expirience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2011 via mobile

We reserved the hotel for our honeymoon about 1 month prior. We arrived at the hotel and we where being expected. As there are only 4 rooms, it was really quiet, and never saw other guests.
At check in we where asked at what time we would like breakfast to be served, as they cater different times for the rooms.
We where then showed to our room 1 which i have read its the biggest, and deffinetly shows. Has a 4 post bed, a closet with drawers, a closet to hang stuff, an ironing machine, a full living room with ipod connections lcd tv, expresso machine,a desk with a computer and free wifi.
Overall we loved the room as it had lots of space and light. The decorations is also lovely.
The bathroom which is the only thing we could complain, is because the tub door doesnt close all the way. Another thing that would be great would be a heater for the bathroom. Thats the only thing we would change.
The next morning we went for breakfast at 830 AM. Simply delicious, since we woke up we where smelling the crepes being cooked, at the breakfast there was fresh orange juice, yogurt, 3 choices of cereal, brie cheese, ham, bacon, a fresh fruit plate, coffe or tea, frsh cooked crepes, a basket of bread with croissants and other choices. We where also asked iif we wanted eggs but we passed as it was going to be a lot of food.
As we had breakfast what we decided what we where doing from the many tour books thye have at the lobby, the hotel is located really centrally as its closed to the museums, squares, and other attractions, if youre not into walking, stop 7 of the hop on/off bus is 2 blocks away.

Hope this helps as TA previous reviewers helped us. Deffinetly the #1 hotel in amsterdam

We stayed in this delightful B & B for 2 nights last August. It is owned and run by a lovely couple who provide wonderful, friendly service and an extraordinary breakfast. The room was beautiful, sunny and clean, and we were made to feel at home at all times. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to lovely Amsterdam!

Me and my husband stayed at Fusion Suites for five days in October. The room was beautiful, the house is gorgeous, the location excellent and the neighborhood nice. The couple who own Fusion Suites are super nice, and obviously take great care in their guests' comfort.

I would come back and stay here. Location is near the museums and within walking distance to the main area of Amsterdam to jump on a tram. They also have resource books and a nice "home" type feeling. They do not over advertise and they do have a cancellation fee but it is because they only have 4 rooms. For breakfast int he morning you can reserve a time and she cooks what you want right in front of you. Great freshly squeezed orange juice. YUM. Although a married couple runs the business, I feel like the female needs a little break. She seems like she needs a vacation :). She was stern with everything she was saying and didn't crack a smile :(.

Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, all necessary amenities and, of course, friendly hosts made us feel at home. We were treated like family even before we arrived. Alex and Sharmila made travelling to Amsterdam with three children seamless for us. They were flexible and courteous and provided us with many suggestions on places to go and things to.

Reasonably priced, located in a quiet neighborhood near Vondelpark, Fusion Suites is a perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast, all necessary amenities and, of course, friendly hosts made us feel at home. There are many places to visit in this world, but if we ever go to Amsterdam again, Fusion Suites will be the first on the list to consider.

Our wonderful hosts Alex and Sharmila were welcoming us like long lost friends when we returned after a two year gap since our last stay. We are a family of four and are on a business / leisure trip to Amsterdam from our base in Houston, Texas. We had booked half the hotel by making reservations for suites 1 and 2 on the third floor. Ideal for our kids and ideal for us.
The ambiance of the very spacious suites remains on of the big selling points. Sharmila and Alex cater to our every wish or desire, nothing is too much trouble, really special. This truly feels like our home away from home.

Room Tip: Suite 1 is the largest, but they are all good and very tastefully decorated
