We stumbled across this at the West end of the Albert Cuypstraat Market over New Years 2014.
Hands down best Pho we've had across the pond -- including having tried it in Austria, Germany, Italy, and France. And they have traveler-friendly prices for the large portions, to boot.
Spices & flavoring spot-on in the broth, and *wait for it* available with seafood! Came with generous portions of shrimp and cuttlefish, other meats, veggies and noodles with an actual side plate of beansprouts/thai basil/actual HOT peppers/lime wedge, etc. (If you've tried pho around Europe, you know how precious this very necessary -- and usually missing -- element is.)
Fresh salad rolls were scrumptious and very fresh. They could stand to add a little peanut butter to the sauce, but all you need to do is ask I suppose.
The grilled pork atop salad and rice noodles (forget the name) was also amazing, just like we're accustomed to back in "Little Nam" in the states.
We didn't try the sushi or anything else, but can honestly give a 100% two-thumbs-up for their Vietnamese fare.
And to top it all off, the owners/operators (Vietnamese family) are the nicest, sweetest, most accommodating folks you could hope to meet.
A wonderful experience overall!
