“beautiful ,cozy design staff made you feel like home”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

I was lucky to find a room in this hotel during my stay in amsterdam. the place is in a central location , its carefully designed with a warm coziness and my experience was so unique that i actually extended my trip and stayed an extra day because i didn't want to leave.
the staff made me feel like home and from the lobby to the bar to the restaurant it felt like i was staying in a friends house rather than a hotel. i want to congradulate the owners for their excellent work and im sure the atmosphere they created and the staff they chose its magical and unique. the rooms are spacious makes you feel like your house and the food and drinks are excellent. the restaurant and its design is friendly delicious and all i have to say is i cant wait to go back!! miss it already!!!!

Room Tip: i stayed in the deluxe and comfort rooms i have to say the comfort was my choice!!!

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Hotel V Nesplein. The hotel is in a great location near Dam Square. Breakfast was lovely and our room was fantastic. Very funky design, quiet room and large bath for soaking in after a long day of walking. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Hotel V Nesplein! We are glad you had a nice stay.
For the sake of anyone else reading this review, I would just like to point out that only a few rooms (Superiors and Suites) have a bathtub, so it is best to request this if you want it!
Hope to see you back again soon!

My wife and I spent five nights at The Hotel V Nesplein while in Amsterdam for the marathon. Great property and the most friendly staff ever. We highly recommend. Very helpful with excellent dining recommendations. A minibar would have been nice and a bit more storage space - otherwise great.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and had a delightful stay. We were in a tiny room (105) that overlooked the road. However the sound proofing was brilliant, the design was inspiring and the lobby/lounge worked well and we enjoyed the food and drink. We could not get into the dining area for dinner on the Friday as it was full. We mentioned it to the hotel, and they explained that only in the last 6-8 weeks has the brasserie really taken off - so if you want to eat there book ahead! We will certainly return.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Hotel V Nesplein, and it is lovely to hear that you had a nice stay. However, we are sorry that we couldn't fit you in for dinner on the Friday. Most restaurants are hard to get into last minute in Amsterdam, and The Lobby is no exception!
Hope to see you back again soon! Let us know next time ahead and we will get you the best seat in the house for dinner!

The Hotel V Nesplein is a beautiful, comfortable hotel, in a perfect position to wander around Joordan and the old town of Amsterdam and also close to some bars and resturants. The staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are fantastically comfortable. Breakfast in the Hotel was great and, again, the service was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to Amsterdam and I loved it. The Hotel made an enjoyable stay even better, thanks!

My daughter and I stayed here for a mini-vacation before I had other work meetings in Amsterdam. The location was fantastic and staff very helpful. The room was spacious. For work meetings, I moved to another hotel and there was a big difference - very small room at the other hotel, not nearly as clean. I highly recommend the Hotel V.

Stayed in Amsterdam 2 days before departing from Rotterdam on a cruise. V Nesplein is the perfect central location, near Dam Square and major attractions. Excellent restaurant and service at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Front desk staff is friendly, extra caring and most accomodating. We loved the place and we loved Amsderdam. We will be back for both...
