“nice boutique hotel walking distance to RAI”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

Friendly, solution-minded staff, champagne at check-in.
Its a twenty minute walk along the canal to the convention center. There are great restaurants within minutes. Free WiFi. Spacious, modern rooms, espresso machine in room.

Room Tip: Not much of a view, so the courtyard rooms are nice and quiet.

Got a good deal on this Hotel and it was just what we needed for a weekend break away. The Hotel is located a fair way from central station in the Museum district but just hop on a tram for 10 mins and then it is a 2 min walk. Rooms are modern and compact with nice linen and furniture. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we would highly recommend Visaandeschelde which is about a 10 minute walk and the seafood is devine. If you want a modern Hotel away from the centre but within easy reach of Museum and parks then look no further.

Very comfortable hotel with good in room amenities - good location being close to Museum Quarter and good access to Trams - Tourist Routes Etc. Izakaya Restaurant is of a high standard - The outstanding aspect of the Hotel is the Staff who manage to be freindly helpful without creeping! Bed in Room was extreemly comfortable and in room service high quality.

Room Tip: I stayed on ground floor and was a bit nervous that it would be noisy (especially on a Friday Night...

Very friendly staff, clean, charming hotel, the trendy IZAKAYA Asian restaurant is part of the nice boutique hotel, breakfast is served in the same restaurant in the morning, unfortunately, there was not enough staff for fast and good service in the morning (but the few have been very friendly even in a stressed situation). Overall nice little boutique Hotel in Amsterdam with very comfortable beds - would recommend it to friends.

Room Tip: may be on the weekend, take higher floors due to music in the trendy restaurant.

Lovely boutiquite hotel. Great service, small but high standard room. The service is excellent and is in a great location for nice bars and restaurants. A few minutes walk and you are close to a main street with good shops. It is also 5 minutes walk from museumplein, the tram service, where the van gough museum is located, and 10 minute walke from Vondelpark.

Best hotel I've stayed in in Amsterdam. Service was excellent at the front desk and I enjoyed the free glass of prosecco at check in. Room was tiny but well thought out in terms of arrangement. Free wifi and a good coffee machine in the room. All the basics were covered to a high standard i.e. well filled mini bar, snack box and a good hairdryer that's not attached the wall and you don't have to keep your finger on the button to make it work!

The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

Room service menu was almost all burgers, arrived in a cute brown paper bag but with no cutlery and was all either a bit dry or really soggy so I didn't eat it. Apart from that a great experience.

We stayed for one night in this relatively new hotel, and were very impressed.
The check in was friendly and personal, taking place in a lovely 'study' along with a glass of prosecco.
The room, whilst small in surface area, was actually very spacious with an excellent bathroom and honestly the most comfortable bed i have ever stayed in.
The lounge area had a complementary Mac for guests to use, and many beautiful art books for one's perusal.
We did not eat at their restaurant instead just had drinks at their bar, but definitely would try it at another point as it was very lively and the food looked excellent.
