Eric and Azziz could not do any more to make our stay in Amsterdam more enjoyable!

My husband is serving in the Armed Forces and myself and children were meeting him in Amsterdam after not seeing him for a while. Eric and Azziz mde our trip really special - nothing was too much trouble for them.

The breakfasts were AMAZING..thank you Azziz.

The suite (sahara) was fabulous, very spacious with everything you could wish for including a library of 100's of dvds to keep the kids occupied.

If you are looking for good accommodation with amazing hosts look no further - Suite 259 is the place!

We spent a long weekend at Suite 259 at the beginning of March. The room we had was excellent, our hosts had thought of everything, there was internet access, wine, water, juice and coffee and tea. The room itself was lovely. We were made to feel really at home and Aziz and Peter did everything to make our stay a good one. They recommended restaurants, but were also very interested in the restaurants we found ourselves. The breakfasts were inventive and it was great to have fresh fruit as well as Aziz far eastern delights such as scrambled eggs and prawns. Aziz was very keen to cook us a personalised breakfast. Suite 259 is not just a place to stay, it's an experience. We used to live in Amsterdam and we did not want to stay in a hotel and apartments were quite pricey to rent. This was the best alternative. The suites were beautifully furnished, comfortable and stocked with frest fruit, coffee, tea and snacks. Aziz made sure there were fresh flowers at all times.

We looked forward to breakfast every morning. Words cannot do justice to Aziz's cooking. My 3 year old daughter enjoyed the dishes so much that she was asking for recipes so I could cook the same for her at home.

Peter and Aziz were absolutely wonderful. Our daughters adored them and would run to give hugs every morning. They were showered with gifts as well. One of my daughters now sleeps every night with her stuffed monkey that she received.

We had a wonderful stay at Suite 259 and Peter and Aziz made it even harder for us to leave our favorite city. Yet another reason to go back soon.

Our stay here was WONDERFUL because of Peter and Aziz. It was more than just a place to sleep. From the moment we meet Peter, who helped us NOT get ripped off by a bad taxi driver, we were in great company. He was so helpful and welcoming from the very beginning that we felt as though we had found our long lost friends.
Every day at breakfast they would take time to sit and chat with us about anything and everything we had questions about. They helped us plan our days and evenings (this included things for our little son and things for the grown ups). Aziz made the most wonderful hearty breakfasts for 1 vegetarian and 1 meat lover AND one toddler! He is unstoppable in the kitchen -in fact my son prefers Aziz's pancakes to any other. There was always too much food and too much good conversation. They are fantastic and fascinating people!
As for the room, it was very well decorated and a lot of thought went into the amenities that they offer. Everything from chocolate, cookies, fruit, a safe box, hair dryer, coffee, tea, juice, water -was available. And we were welcomed with fantastic flowers and wine waiting for us in the room. This experience has been wonderful and we could not have asked for better -no hotel could top this.
