We stayed for four nights at Suite 259 in early May. We couldn't have been happier. We were overjoyed at the accomodations and were delighted with the personal touches that made this an unusual experience. We felt welcomed by Peter and Aziz in so many ways: They were waiting for us to arrive by taxi from the airport and immediately started taking care of us (fed us, discussed sightseeing possibilities and logistics) even though it was well before check-in time. This typified the level of personal attention and responsiveness that they maintained thoughout our stay.

The beds were extremely comfortable; the flowers, the jacuzzi, the decor, the terrace, the food (thank you, Aziz), and so on made this the perfect respite after a long day of sightseeing.

We could not recommend it more highly and have already told our good friends about Suite 259. Of course, we don't exactly want the secret to get out--but Peter and Aziz deserve the highest praise for their thoughtful, luxurious, and personable hospitality.

Peter and Aziz prove the reviews, yet again. We stayed in the grand safari for 4 nights and it was absolutely fantastic. I told them that they needed to open a Suite 259 everywhere so no matter where I went, I could always stay there. Of course, they'd need to be cloned since they are a huge part of the experience. Aziz's cooking was out of this world, and he took requests for breakfast (the shrimp/egg dish was divine).

Lovely and quiet location, really close to a Tram stop so easy access to the entire city (learn the trams, don't be shy! It's so worth it).

I took my elderly grandmother to Europe for a month and this was by far both of ours best experience with a place to stay. The actually suite is large, roomy, with all the amenities you could ask for. Truly a superb place. We also found it to be on par or cheaper then anything else in the city. Honestly, I simply cannot say enough. It doesn't matter, call/email them, reserve your stay in advance because they are very popular (as if you couldn't tell). Just go, stay, you will NOT regret it one bit!

Suite 259 is truly amazing! It's a luxury apartment close to everything the city has to offer. It's near a beautiful park, the museums and the city center are within walking distance, there are great restaurants just down the street. As to the place itself (we stayed in the Grand Sahara)... it has everything you could possibly need or want: jacuzzi, two TVs, hunderds of movies on DVD, drinks in the fridge and a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive...the list goes on and on. Peter and Aziz are great hosts - warm, attentive, helpful, and fun company! We loved the breakfasts, too! We really got a taste of what it would be like to live (very well) in Amsterdam, and we'll definitely come back! We will recommend Suite 259 to all our friends and family traveling to Amsterdam (and we strongly recommend it to all the Tripadvisor readers as well!). Thanks for making our stay in this city perfect!!!

We spent a fantastic 5 days in Amsterdam, Holland and it would not have been the same without the help of Peter and Aziz who are the perfect hosts. It was like being at home or staying with friends. They anticipated our every need and some we had not considered.
The suite has everything you would want and was amazingly comfortable. Spotlessly clean and the biggest DVD library I have ever seen for those quiet nights when the feet need a rest.
The breakfasts were amazing and very adventurous if you are normally a toast and cereal person. So Good!
The conversation was entertaining and informative and Peter and Aziz were a never ending source of information, if they did not know the answer Peter normally had it from the web in a matter of minutes.
Highly recommended and "we will be back".
