You really have to go there to smile and laugh.
Consider it as a fun attraction rather than a museum.
I didn't like the thousands of very similar and boring pornographic pictures. It is not a real museum and although there are some explanations (but they are really not enough), 99 % of people are not there to learn even a few bits of the "culture of sex" (such as in China).
There are many (to my opinion) interesting texts in German, French and Dutch but none of them are translated in English.
No queue to go in but it was crowded on a rainy Friday of July but what it was to be expected. It doesn't take long to make the tour. I'd say 30 min.
Unsuitable for disabled persons. Even 20 years olds will have to pay attention while climbing the incredibly steep stairs. I can also see how crowded dim little rooms can make some people incomfortable.
Marylin Monroe was broken and they didn't consider hiding the buttons which only results in a scary alarm right now.
So, to recap: a fun place for a few laughs, not a real museum, no queue, the 4€ are worth it, you will have something to talk about with your friends.
