“Horible design!! Nice staff.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW via mobile

While the staff of the hotel are nice, the location is not good for anyone visiting Amsterdam for fun. Also, the hotel is dishonest about its qaulity and size. The worst part is the bathroom where the toilet literally is part of the shower!!! The shower drains next to the toilet with no separations. The toilet paper and and entire bathroom gets soaked and this is not sanitary. Ive never seen such a horrible and poorly planned design in my life. Please see the pictures I took so you dont get fooled by this 2 star "hotel".

Great hotel in the beautiful Jordaan area. Nothing much else to add to the other reviews, good location away from the hustle of Dam Square / Red Light but still only a short walk to those areas. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for places to eat, shop etc. Smallish rooms but we got by fine in a three bedroom hotel - something I believe is quite rare in Amsterdam. Beds a little narrow. Nice bathroom, just could do with somewhere to put shower gel other than the flow - again something minor unless you have a bad back. worth visiting the market that turns up on Saturdays and Morning (there was a good waffle place near the hotel), Cafe de Tuin and Winkel 43 for apple pie. The staff were really helpful when my brother realised he left behind an item he had bought from Carhartt. They searched the rooms and other areas before arranging shipping. They responded to the emails. Definitely would stay here again.

This little hotel is a gem. It is in the Jordaan area and is surrounded by residential properties. The rooms are small but very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us with restaurant opening times etc.

It was a 10 minute walk to Anne Franks museum and 12 minute walk to Damn square. In a safe neighborhood. Good service. Rooms were small yet tidy, extremely small cupboard space. Free internet in rooms. From our 5 days stay the internet wasn't working the 1 day.

This is a great hotel in a great area, a little out of the way of the hustle and in such a nice area of Amsterdam. The hotel was clean and the staff are really friendly. The only complaint that I have is the bathrooms its a wet room so when having a shower the whole floor is soaked.

Just back from Amsterdam we stayed in the Linden which is a lovely little hotel in Jordaan couldn't have ask for a better area. The hotel was great and close in the centre (Dam square) staff were lovely and very helpful,we did not eat in the hotel but there is a lovely cafe facing it with great food and coffee the only thing i would say is that it's a bit noisy at night with people coming in but there are signs up asking to be quiet when coming in at night. Would I stay here again almost defiantly.

The Hotel room where my parents stayed was clean and cosy. The bathroom was quite spacious considering Amsterdam standards. The big plus for my parents: there is an elevator! That is also not that common in Amsterdam. The breakfast was good, the neighborhood is one of the most pleasant in Amsterdam: the Jordaan. it's quite but you can find bars and restaurants and art galleries of all sorts, and there is a food and second hand market on the streets three days a week. Sympathetic hotel staff as well.
