When my husband and I arrived, my husband had injured his back. The staff was wonderful, gave us what was promised. A small room with fabulous breakfast every morning. When we asked about a local laundry, they even did our wash for us! They were more than generous with their time and information. I would definitely return. It is literally steps from two tram lines and the Van Gogh museum!

My husband and I visited the Hotel Fita in Oct 2004. We found the Hotel and accomodations more than adequate. The location was perfect , close to everything but most impressive were the hosts, Mr and Mrs Loes De Rapper; they were magnificent in their roles. I would reccomend Hotel Fita heartily.

A lovely hotel ideally situated for all the visitor highlights.Very comfortable and welcoming - the staff are so friendly too.The breakfast cabaret is an excellent way to start the day - along with the freshly squeezed oranges!

Will certainly return next time we visit Amsterdam.

We stayed in a "busineess room" for 3 nights, the room was clean and confortable but 27 meters...? Besides the heating was very low, and sometimes we were really cold, overcoat in the batroom...

But the worst thing, it was the horrible noise, every mornings our up neighbours waked us up. The noise was so high that it seems that the ceiling was going to fall down. It was not their fault, beacuse in this hotel there is not soundproofing...!!! and in our oppinion in a 3 start hotel it should be fixed.

Staff is really nice and helpful, and breakfast very good.
