hotel was nice and new however you are right by the train & bus station and you can hear the noise in your room and there is nowhere to have a walk round only a small place to eat that isn't open on the weekends. some staff were nicer than others . The cleaner for our rooms on the sixth floor was useless ,not once did he make the beds ,he never hoovered there were bits on the carpet when we arrived an they were still there when we left(5 nights) also it says to put towels on floor if you want them to be changed we didn't need them changed so left them on towel rail but everyday he changed them and one day he forgot to replace them ,,also in the corridor there were crushed crisps on the day of arrival theses were also ther when we left. ! All in all he was useless. The breakfast was nice and fresh each morning it was a shame there wasn't a restaurant for an evening meal although they will order food in for you. The entrance to the hotel is a bit of a pain as you have to go through one lot of doors and let them close before next set open this is ridiculous especially when a coach load of people arrive, the lifts are supposedly being updated they need to be .Didn't feel security was very good anyone could get into one of the lifts and go to whatever floor they wanted without being seen by any member of staff as the reception is 2 floors up in fact i think anyone could go in for the free breakfast and no one would know . All in all the hotel was nice enough but location wasn't great its more for business people although it only takes 10 minutes on bus 48 Borneo Eiland to get to Central staion then two minutes walk into the square.
