“definitely a recommendable hotel. anything I need, and more!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2009

Even more than I expected; I read other reviews before coming and I expected a nice hotel with good value for money. Nadia Hotel is perfectly located, close to Dam plaza but far from noise, with a very nice view on the surroudings. My room (single room) was tiny but perfectly organised and clean. Anything I needed was there, and even more (e.g. free wifi, fridge, kettle, phon, securebox, etc....)..little things that make the difference! Breakfast was ok, kind staff. I'll definitely come back to Nadia Hotel and I recommend it!

I absolutely love Amsterdam and try to get there at least once a year. When I do go, I ALWAYS stay at the Nadia Hotel - and would not stay anywhere else. Osam, the Manager is an absolute delight - and nothing is too much trouble for him or his staff. Located just around the corner from Dam Square means that you're near enough to the main streets/shops/restaurants. Rooms are a good size and clean, with en-suite facilities. I would not hesitate in recommending the Nadia Hotel - FABULOUS PLACE!!

We stayed here for 1 night in September on our way to Belgium.
The place is not suitable for people with poor mobility, you have to climb a steep flight of stairs before you arrive at the reception area. Very friendly lady at the reception, got a welcome drink. Our bags were carried up the steep stairs to the room by the staff.
Room was very small, but had a great view on the canal and a church. Small bathroom with OK shower. The breakfast was good with a choice of breads and sweets.
Excellent central location, with the Anne Frank museum around the corner. Less than 20min walk to central station.
Overall good value, would definitely recommend this place for a short stay for young people on a budget.

First and foremost - we loved our stay at Hotel Nadia. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic.

Opening up the door is a bit daunting at first facing the steep staircase and at some times it did get a bit crowded - but all in all we were thrilled to stay at Hotel Nadia and even though the room was quite small - we found it very cozy and just enough.

If you're visiting Amsterdam and looking for something small, simple and straightforward - choose Hotel Nadia.

Great position and family-owned hotel. The only remark is the main stairway: tough to ride!.
All the rest is to recommend.

Excellent location, some of the rooms are small but clean. The safes in the room are high along with the fridge so not good if you are short! The stairs are very steep but the staff do carry your luggage. However this seems to be the trend of many buildings in Amsterdam. The hospitality and helpfulness of all the staff cannot be faulted, nothing was too much touble and they made us feel welcomed from the time of of making a reservation to departure. The connexions hotel shuttle bus was brilliant allowing stress free travel to and from the airport. would recommend it if you want a budget hotel.

Nadia is a pleasant, basic hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. It is very well located, near many sights, restaurants, shops... The room was small, but comfortable, and had all we needed. Also the hotel has two beautiful cats, Hello and Goodbye!
We enjoyed our stay.
