A lot of reviews would say you get what you pay for, in the case of the Nadia we certainly got a lot more. Our room may have been on the small side but it had everything you would need and it was spotless and had a lovely view of the canal and church also the location of the hotel was perfect for the sights of the city.
Hamid in reception was a first class host along with owners they made us feel very welcome they also provided flowers for my wife on her birthday (nice one). I would recommend this hotel and hope to return. A BIG THANKYOU TO THE NADIA FOR A LOVELY STAY IN AMSTERDAM.

The Nadia Hotel is a comfortable place in the center of Amsterdam. The staff is very professional and and a wealth of information. Everyone speaks english and are eager to help you in any way. We had the misfortune of breaking our camera and the staff suggested a place where we could buy a new one. The price was well below the tourist traps. There are two Tram stops very close to the hotel that will get you to anyplace the city. Ann Franks' museum house is a three minute walk from the front door of the hotel. There are restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop in the neighborhood. We will return to Amsterdam in the next few years and The Nadia will be our first choice.

Hotel Nadia offers a good quality of service : not too expensive, central location and friendly staff. Our room was a little bit too noisy but that's the only inconvenient. The stairs are worth the trip ;-)

I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. My husband and I rented a private apartment in Amsterdam and when we arrived, it was dirty & awful. I frantically emailed 5 or 6 highly-rated reasonably priced hotels and found the Nadia.

From the moment we arrived, I felt at home. Although the hotel had 50 rooms, the owner and people that worked there treated us like family and sympathized with the bad experience we had had at the last place. Anything we wanted- we just had to ask. The room we had was very small, but as people checked out, we were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony and view of the canal, at no extra charge.

As for the hotel itself, it was spotlessly clean. A basic but delicious breakfast was included and was served in a beautiful room overlooking the canal. The location was also perfect and was within walking distance of all the sites. We could not have found a better place!
