My friends and I stayed in a Quad Room. There was plenty of room, it was nice and clean. When we asked for extra pillows and hangers they were delivered immediately. The staff were great, helpful and no query was too big or small. Harry, is a mine of information, always cheerful and willing to help. It is local to 'Liedesplein' (about 4minute walk), museums, markets, ideally situated. One tiny suggestion is tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Reception is closed at 11:00pm, so if you return to the hotel later, you are not able to get a hot drink. That being said... ...We shall definitely be going back.
