This is a great hotel in a good location only a couple of cannals away from the center.
We checked in early and there was no issues! In our room we got the king size bed we requested, and it was massive- never seen a bed so big!! We also received complimentary slippers and other little bits. The room was very clean and we had a great view of a seating area out of the window on the first floor.
Located only short walk to dam square, past our favourite cake shop every morning! We didn't get to eat in the restarant but it did seem popular.
Would like to come back here but for longer. When we went there was a fair in dam square- which had been there over half term and school holidays.
Make sure you are aware that amsterdam hotels have a city tax per night and you will be fine!!

Breakfast is one of the best I ever had in Amsterdam.If you want to see interesting coffe shops,restaurants,museums,galleries,they are all easy-to-reach!

Good location, near enough to walk to all the tourist areas yet quiet in the evening. Rooms
have everything you need ,iron,trouser press,tea+coffee.Great american breakfast with everything you could want!

Great location but the hotel definitely needs sprucing up. The interior of the building we were staying in - the one with the atrium - is pretty uninspiring and looks far nicer in the photos.
Rooms not bad size but again, pretty basic and not really worth the room price.
Breakfast was good though and staff helpful and nice.
So location-wise - this is perfect but value for money and feeling like you are in a decent 4 star hotel - it's well below par I'm afraid.
