The hotel is very well situated less than ten minutes from Dam Square in a quiet side street. Service at the hotel is excellent with efficient check in. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay, consists of standard buffet style with a good choice of cereals, breads, hot and cold foods, fruit juices etc. Rooms are cleaned and tidied each morning. All in all a good base for business or leisure. This is a spotless hotel and highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, staff are so cheerful & helpful can not fault nothing with this Hotel.
They upgraded us to Business class and we did not even ask so it was
a lovely surprise when we got to our room it was so beautiful especially
when you pay for a standard room. I did forget I said when booking on line
in the box its my fiances Birthday and on arrival they mentioned to him oh
its your Birthday tomorrow, you can not get a better welcome then that. On the
day of his Birthday they left a card & gift.

Breakfast was lovely so much to choose from. Hotel is just a few minutes walk to town
and its a nice walk so much to see & do.

This hotel has a small lobby to cater to my large tour group but there was sufficient elevators and good size for all of us to get to our rooms with our luggage. Hotel receptionist was friendly. The rooms were well furnished with a smart TV and comfortable amenities. My husband was totally excited to see the shoe mits and hair conditioner for me (after I complained that 10 days in Europe was spoiling my hair).
It is within walking distance to the shopping area and there's the bus and railway station right behind.

We stayed two nights at this hotel directly prior to a two week cruise. The hotel was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and well-located. We also found the staff to be helpful but not intrusive. The included breakfast buffet was good, but had the same items on it each day.

While I'd easily recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, it is important to note that the rooms (or ours, at least), while nicely decorated in a modern style, are exceptionally small. It was challenging for us to find places for our bags, and we ended up having to place a few items on the only chair/table in the room. It was downright impossible to unload our bags. The room had 6 hangers and a few little 'cubbies' near the floor which appeared to be the size for shoes. The lack of storage made our stay very uncomfortable...having to move bags to get around the room and to rifle through bags to find items that were unable to be unpacked. The other strange thing was that the TV kept turning itself on--which wouldn't be such a big deal, but it did so while we were sleeping on several occasions, until we unplugged it. The last inconveninece was the fact that there was no alarm clock--or any way to tell time save the read out on the phone.

Despite all of that, I'd definitely return for a shorter trip and with fewer bags, if only for the excellent location.
