Enjoyed a two night stay here at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel.
The bedroom was really lovely. Very comfortable and clean. Bathroom beautiful.Spotlessly clean.
The staff we came across very nice and eager to please.
Breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss on the first morning (Sunday )the staff seemed overstretched and pleasant but not very attentive.The Buffet was not always replenished.Was disappointing for a Sheraton Hotel.
The next day (Monday)a huge difference and improvement to the whole breakfast experience.
A lovely hotel. No aircraft/outside noise.
Walking distance to the airport terminal.

This hotel was a great surprise -- we could see the runways from our room, but did not hear any noise at all from the airport. There is a nice fitness area, with steam-room and sauna so that you can relax before or after a long flight. And in just 15 minutes, you can be in the middle of Amsterdam. This is an outstanding hotel, and I would not even qualify the statement by claiming that it is an outstanding "airport hotel," for it is better than most non-airport hotels: it is just a great hotel. If you want a comfortable, convenient room, in a hotel that offers great service, this is the place. And we found a good rate on the room, so we did not find it to be pricey at all.

I have stayed in a few airport hotels but this is the best by far. The location makes it ideal for easy access to and from the terminal. Literally a five minute stroll and you are there. With the ultra efficeient Dutch Railways you can be in Amsterdam within 15 minutes. Airport hotels can be noisy. This is not. This is down not only to the design of the layout with the elevators being in the central area away from the rooms, the glazing and the proper brick walls between the rooms. The rooms are large by the standard of many such as the Hilton at Gatwick, and are very comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend staying there if you are visting Amsterdam. Great place to stay

For an airport hotel - the Sheraton is great! Nice rooms and amenities. A bit pricey; but worth it for being able to chek out and literally walk into the terminal!
