The hotel is easy to find, only a short walk from the central station and the Damark.
The hotel is clean and tidy. We stayed in the third floor which is in a linked building over an alleyway. The lift takes you to the second floor and then you walk over the alley in a glazed corridor to another lift to take you to the remaining floors of the hotel. A bit querky, but no big deal.
We had a large room which was clean and tidy, loads of space to relax - wardrobe (with safe), double bed, desk, arm chair and coffee table. the bathroom was spacious and clean.
We ate breakfast in the hotel, despite being on a room only basis, and although it is a lot of additional money (about 15euro per head) the food is good and plentiful!
The only issue when we stayed was that we were woken early on two days (sat and mon - sunday was ok though!) by construction work - drilling, banging etc... The receptionist could only apologise as this was in an adjacent building and outside the hotel's control. Our fellow travellers were staying on the second floor, not over the alleyway and in the building above reception, and they didn't hear a thing. Not sure how long the building work is scheduled for, but might be worth asking for a quiet room when you book for the next 12 months or so?
The bar area is modern and contemporary with free internet access.
Apart from the neighbouring construction noise - which again is not the hotels fault - our stay was good. the hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to almost everything and if not its a stones throw from a tram line which goes further afield. The breakfast was good, but if you can get a bed and breakfast deal then all the better. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay!
