“amsterDAM ....right...I'll be back”

For the attention of Mr Roberto Payer:

First time visiting Amsterdam..and straight away was impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel, the efficiency and courtesy shown by the reception staff. Nothing is a problem to them and as I work as a receptionist in professional office, appreciate the care and attention shown to me and my friends.
Room was lovely with fluffy towels, toiletries, robes and slippers, comfortable bed , duvet and pillows and excellent facilities including a coffee machine and various choices of beverages. As a Scot, missed some biscuits but will let you off as view was amazing even though the weather was dull for most of visit...not your problem....I'm used to grey skies.
Executive lounge was first class as my friends had stayed before and was only just talking about the wonderful Stefani on their last visit....no sooner had we stepped out of the lift...and there she was. .beautiful, beaming smile and such a welcome ...what an asset she is to hotel, but more so feel I have made a friend as she is amazing lady ....five stars!

As for Mr Wells, nothing like him for hospitality.....could have listened to him talk all day, but was too busy savouring Eggs Benedict, fruit smoothie and his delicious breakfast buffet. What a lovely man and great character, felt like he was my personal chef...hope to see him again as his attention to detail was superb. Did see pancakes at next table....wow !

Have to say all the staff were fantastic and have only highlighted the above....oh forgot Gino? what a lovely man too with a flair for making you feel so welcome and nothing was a problem.

Rooms were immaculate in all areas, my only problem was no wifi in suite which thought should have been automatic, perhaps something to reconsider as room was beautiful and little annoying having to be in public area to use it. With all due respect ...it should have been included.

Have such happy memories of my visit to your hotel, and thanks to all the staff, not just mentioned, but to all behind the scenes who don't get to meet the guests, but work so hard to make everything special...well done all of you and thank you for making my stay at your hotel memorable.

Finally...will I return? I truly hope to see the staff again and enjoy another stay at this lovely hotel which truly feels like home.

The best location for staying in Amsterdam. Enjoying the quietness and near to all museums and important attractions as well as doing shopping. The staff are very qualified and the room is a dream to stay in it . I will book again in this Hotel if I visited Amsterdam again.

My wife and I have just enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Amsterdam - away from all of the hustle and bustle around the Central Station but only 10 mins away by taxi or tram. The Hilton, although not the prettiest hotel in Amsterdam, is fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable and run by a team that understand the meaning of service and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff members we engaged - particularly the entertaining pancake chef and the superb Executive Club team led by Franz. The district around the hotel is great - very good bars and restaurants which we would never have found staying in the centre. Thanks for a great stay - we'll be back.

We stayed here for 6 days all-together, we originally booked 3 and we were going to stay in another hotel in Eindhoven as part of our trip but the hotel was bad and overpriced so we came back here. The staff are lovely and attentive. You can see they actually care about guests, which is lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Executive Double and a Suite. Both were lovely. The staff in the Excut. Lounge were impeccable. They bent over backwards to help us, and even just to talk to us so casually.

We will defiantly be returning. Thank you Amsterdam Hilton.

Stayed here for three nights in January 2014. As HH Diamond was upgraded to a junior suite at check in. The service was in all respects first class and above average. The quiet location suited us and it was only a short tram ride to the city. Would recommend without hesitation.

Arrived via Schipol and train to Amsterdam Zuid, 2.6Euros 7 minutes, wish the UK was that cheap :) Tram 5 to Appollan then 5 minute walk. Used 48 Hour I-Card fro tram and visit great Value.
Check in at 1130, room was ready, friendly staff and upgarde to Junior Suite with Canal view as HH Diamond and Anniversary. Room great size, love the hugh windown and view accross the city. Only down side was connecting door to room 603, you can hear everything, lucky first night guy was not too bad, and second night room was empty or I would have asked to move.
Bar was nice, try the Dutch Pea Soup. Breakfast was highlight, the staff are the best I have met and I work in this industry, chef with his pancake trolley, nothing is too much trouble. It is in beautiful area, had nice run early Sunday morning, you can walk everywhere as we did or plenty trams and buses near. Executive lounge was okay, shame they dont have coffee machine up there. Will be back.

Room Tip: Pay the extra or use HH upgrade for Canal View.

Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful Amsterdam. I love the landscape outside the hotel so much that even in chilly weather I just sat outside the hotel on the hotel bench and just relax in silent and peaceful atmosphere.
The canal behind the hotel is adding charm to the hotel and the chairs outside the back gate is adding more to relax.
My choice is always to stay at a decent and peaceful location and Hilton is the right choice for the same.
Reaching to city centre is very easy as Tram is available just a short walk.
Breakfast was amazing with many real juicy fruits options.
Room was good, bathroom small but OK. The big window was giving a good view of canal and adding additional charm to the room.
Loved Amsterdam, the people and stay at Hilton has made my trip much better.
Love you Hilton. Will come back some day.
