Amsterdam Canal Boat offers you a unique accommodation on a houseboat along the peaceful Westlandgracht canal, on the edge of the city district Oud-Zuid. The Vondelpark lies at a 10-minute walking distance and there are also several restaurants nearby.The houseboat features a large double bed, a kitchen, LCD television and wireless internet. It is a fun experience to spend the night on a boat, with a lovely view of a typical Amsterdam canal.With tram 2, which has a stop nearby, you pass the vibrant Leidseplein and Dam square on your way to the Central Station. Underway it is fun to visit the Rijksmuseum, or take a picture with world famous celebrities in the wax statue museum Madame Tussauds. If you wish to learn more about the history of Amsterdam, hop on one of the guided canal boat tours in the city centre.Food and DrinksA complimentary bottle of wine and some beers will be in the refridgerator upon arrival. Tea and Coffee are also complimentary throughout the whole stay. At 100 metres from the houseboat you can get some groceries to prepare your own breakfast. In the vicinity there are several restaurants, for instance along the Heemstedestraat. You can also catch a tram to the Leidseplein, which is surrounded by a wide array of restaurants and bars.InternetYou can make free use of wirelss internet, for which you will receive a password upon arrival.Other information- There is no 24-hour reception.
