“Great little place serving Dim Sum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 4, 2013 via mobile

Being from UK, it's hard to find Dim sum restautants so I remembered the location of this place for our last night.

Piping hot and spicy food at very reasonable prices. We had 4 lots of dimsum, a chicken dish that came with rice and singapore noodles. Plus two lemonades..that all came to €48 which I thought was very reasonable considering the location.

Only thing to watch out for is they don't take many cards...please go with cash to be in on safe side!!

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 1, 2013

Went here after wandering around looking for somewhere and was so glad we found it. The crispy duck with pancakes was the best iv ever eaten and all the other dishes were very good. Service was also good and it was cosy and nice inside. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

“Eating here is no fortune”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

we came here because the restaurant was crowded and we thought that is because it is an insider tip. it was crowded because a german group of youngsters didn't find a place for 30 people.

i ordered the spareribs and the minced beef dumplings. the sparerips had the smell of death and tasted like a grandmas breath. the dumplings stinked like one of those chinese allimentary stores where you can buy all kinds of dryed undefineable meat.

i wasnt able to eat more that one bite of each.

the girls on the neighbour table had a talk about their food: "i hope the alcohol flushes that ugly taste away"

at least the staff didn't charge the ribs.

anyway i can not suggest to eat here except you want to catch a sever stomach illness.

“average chinese food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

stumbled across this Chinese restaurant last night with my partner and his friends as they wanted dim sum. I never go anywhere without checking trip advisor so I looked Good fortune up before ordering. I decided for the Szechuan soup and some meat dim sum. The soup was excellent, I checked carefully for foreign objects since it happened to one of the reviewers. The soup was great, the dim sum tasted a bit weird but not bad. My partner had some prawn loempias and they were a bit bland. Sauce was great. Light yet fragrant jasmine tea.Our friend are the char sui pork with noodles and he didn't like it that much. Another mate had the steamed oysters and loved it. Service was fast and friendly, only maestro and cash accepted. Toilets are a bit shabby, like the stairs leading to it. Wasn't bad but don't think I will be back.

“Dim sum - a good solution when you do not what to choose”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2013

Staff was very helpful (and hardworking!) and patient. Food was tasty for the kids and the older ones as well.
One comment - it’s a few minutes' walk from Dam Square but it's a restricted area. You can take a taxi up to the bridge next street.
