Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful and lively town. More cordial and helpful hosts you couldn't find. And no flaming flights of stairs to climb. Just the thing for old sods such as me. A must visit is Greet and Niels' gallery.

I can count Greet and Niels as good friends and my thanks isn't enough. I'll be back, if bookings allow.

Groetjes, Pops.

Such a gorgeous apartment in a lovely part of Amsterdam!
My husband and I enjoyed four wonderful nights at Amphora, its such a comfortable, warm and inviting place to stay and the mozaic bathroom is amazing.
Greet is an extremely generous host and fills the kitchen with lots of amazing and delicious treats.
There was plenty of room to entertain my cousin and his partner who came over to visit us from London and on more than one occasion I enjoyed a glass or two of wine sitting outside in the sunshine canal and people watching!
We couldn't have asked for a nicer end to our holiday.

My daughter and I have just returned from 3 nights at the amphora b&b. The accommodation is excellent, the welcome friendly and Greet 'went above'and beyond to make us feel extremely welcome. She even baked at birthday cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday whilst we were there. I would endorse all the other positive reviews, especially re location, activities and comfort. Amsterdam was a wonderful city to visit overall. We very much enjoyed being there.

A wonderful place to feel right at home in a new city. The accommodations are so pleasing you feel at home. There is room to move and relax an actually leave your bag unpacked. The neighborhood is amazing so convenient to 'local' hangouts and very close to the ' dam ' square where Amsterdam stretches out in all directions from there. Would highly recommend this place, Greet and Niels were wonderful hosts! Can't wait to return!

I have just returned from a lovely 2 night stay at Amphora B&& with my two daughters. Greet is so friendly and helpful. She recommended a lovely place to eat and the flat is so comfortable and homely. The mosaic in the bathroom and toilet is amazing! It is very well situated in a quiet area of Amsterdam within easy walking distance of everywhere but for those less energetic, only 5 mins from the tram stop, which makes getting anywhere very easy. We would definitely like to return and I have aleady recommended it to two of my friends!

We had a wonderful two nights here. Greet was so helpful and gave us great tips on things to do that are off the beaten track. The flat itself is beauutiful and full of lovely quirks, and has one of the most comfortable beds we have even slept in. We didn't realise we were looking for a 'home away from home' but this is it! Highly recommended - we are coming back and can't wait!

My mum, sister and I stayed here to celebrate mum's 70th. We thought it was perfect - private but well catered, incredibly quiet but we walked everywhere, Great restaurants and bars close by. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Can't wait to go back with the kids.
