I have just briefly read that these have burnt down so I'll keep it short and sweet as my concerns weren't actually about the room itself.
Went with 3 of my friends (2 male, 2 females) we were staying in a 1 bed apartment with the lounge having a sofa bed.
We went to the address given and it was all very suspicious, I was glad there were men with us. We then were told that the apartments weren't based at this address but the guy would show us......after a 20 minute walk WITH CASES we finally arrived, the apartment was down what could only be described and a dark dingy drug alley.
They told us they needed a security deposit but on the last night no one answered the phone and we couldn't even return the key as they was no one there, I did get a refund when I complained when I got home but stilll..
On the plus side the room was nice but that was about all!!
I'd probably stick to a larger hotel if I were you, nothing worse than being vulnerable in a foreign country.
