“A fantastic B&B to say the least!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2013

Myself and my boyfriend stayed in Park9 B&B for three nights. We knew immediately as we walked in the front door and met Peter that it was a lovely place. The house is just beautiful-great decor throughout! The room was perfect-comfortable beds/beautiful large bathroom/ underfloor heating that can be set to the temperature you want and great light.
Breakfast was self service but everything was provided in the fridge/bread bin and was well stocked each morning. Peter and/or Robert sat with us for a while each morning chatting with us, making sure everything was ok and giving us tips for our day etc.

The B&B is located in the Pjiip which was a great area with a fantastic vibe but was not far from the centre. It was lovely to walk in to the centre from here.

I would 100% highly recommend this B&B to anyone going to Amsterdam. It was such a treat-relaxing but a fun vibe to it too.
We will certainly be staying here for our future trips to Amsterdam! Having somewhere nice to stay and feel relaxed really made our trip!

Thank you so much Peter and Robert for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at Park9! Stayed for 3 nights. The room is beautiful, so are the kitchen and lounge! You can see that they put a lot of thought in the design, and it's most appreciated. The shower is big, and the bathtub (only exists in one room) is great. Peter and Robert are super nice! The breakfast is self-service, so the fridge is fully stacked, and Peter is there every morning to make a fresh pot of coffee and see if you need recommendations about sight seeing. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Park9 B&B from 16th - 20th Sept. My Mum, Sister, Partner and Myself. We were absolutely thrilled with Park9 and loved our host Peter. The place is furnished to a very high standard, the beds are very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you would need to help yourself to breakfast, Peter especially went out to get us 'salted butter' and fresh croissants. Peter would sit and chat with us at breakfast, he is a lovely man, very witty and funny. He gave us very good advice about places to visit, and also to buy the 'Amsterdam Card', which is worth every penny. When we go back to Amsterdam again, we will only ever stay at the truly wonderful Park9 B&B. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further, Park9 is brilliant and so close to wonderful bars, restaurants, cafe's, bread shops, there is a wonderful market close by everyday, and the beautiful park is just across from Park9. Do yourself a favour stop searching and book Park9, trust me this is the place to stay. Sheila, Brenda, Steve and Jill from Belfast, and London. :-))))))

Room Tip: Both rooms at Park9 our wonderful. The room at the front has a walk-in shower, whilst the room at th...

We stayed for three nights in this beautiful spacious B&B and without hesitation would recommend this place to everyone, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the help yourself breakfast was well stocked with something for everyone. The hotel is located just far enough from the main hub to be quiet but near enough that we walked to all the main attractions including walking back to the main station. We we fortunate enough to have amazing weather whilst we we there and took Peters advice and hired some bikes, with all the parks close enough to cycle we experience an insight into local life. Peter was a fantastic host very helpful and friendly, his recommendations for places to eat were great the food was amazing and well worth visiting.
We will definitely be returning in the future :0)

we had a fantastic stay in park9. Beautiful B&B with a very large modern bedroom and a nice bathroom. You share the livingroom and the nice and quiet garden with the guests of the other room. You prepare breakfast yourself, everything you fancy is in the fridge, coffee, expresso, tea, orange juice....you can have. The owner Peter is very helpful in all matters and really nice.
We can recommend the place 100%. Thank you very much and see you again one day!
All the best Peter, Yours Wolfgang and Gaby from Germany

Rooms and bathroom were spacious. We felt like we were staying in a resort rather than in the city and all that was missing was the swimming pool. Breakfast was self-service; help yourself with the various drinks, cold cuts, and eggs in the ref and snacks on the table. I loved the croissant provided everyday by Peter. Such a thoughtful gesture and they were yummy with honey. There was also bread in the breadbox everyday with various jams and spread provided. Tap water is drinkable, so fill up those water bottles before leaving the house. Everything was provided for in the bathroom - towels, shampoo, lotion, facial soap, I even saw paracetamol. Conveniently located near tram 25 which goes to Centraal Station. it took 15 minutes to reach the Dam with trams scheduled every 20 minutes until midnight. Peter also offers "cut the line" tickets except for the Anne Frank House which is really useful as the lines to some of the museums were quite long and those tickets allow you to march straight into the entrance. We bought the Van Gogh museum tickets and were able to save at least 30 minutes by not lining up. No need to buy a city map, there are free maps and brochures at the B&B. Expect to pay a little premium on the rooms though (there are only 2) as the price is not exactly the cheapest in Amsterdam but overall, the extra premium was worth it just for the extra space made available.
