Am slightly reluctant to say how good these apartments are, as I don't want everyone knowing the secret! However its a secret worth sharing.

Right in the centre of town, within walking distance to the central station, round the corner from Dam Square, the location is perfect. A little noisy perhaps but its the middle of a city, so this is to be expected.

We had an executive apartment for two people, overlooking a quaint canal in the red light district. The apartment was clean, spacious for Amsterdam, and very comfortable. Large flatscreen TV in sitting room and bedroom, free WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine. All you could ask for. Cleaning service weekly, more often if required for an extra charge.

The services of the Krasnapolki Hotel are available to people in the apartments, so we could order room service and have breakfast in the hotel too if wished. Breakfast definitely worth doing as the breakfast room is magnificent.

Staff friendly and welcoming, cannot fault them. My only slight issue was with the NH Hoteles website, which is unwieldy, difficult to use, and usually fails to produce a booking. Better to phone for your reservations.

Room Tip: Canal view rooms are brilliant

It was confy, beautiful and really in the cetre of everything.
The hotel staff was really helpful in any situation!
Fast check in and check out!
The only negative thing is that they have only once a week room cleaning... but it is an apartment, and it was also writen in the brosure...

Room Tip: I was at the ground floor (only 1 room is available there), and that room was a bit small.

The breakfest in the wintergarden we will never forget as well as the cappuccino in the Mathilde grand café! The service was perfect. Central situated to be out on the town. We will come back soon! We are excited about our trip to Amsterdam.

Spent two nights for a conference with guests from 30 countries all over the world. Rooms are spacious, standard decoration, nothing special. Free wifi in the room works perfectly. Bed in my room had hosted some heavy guests. Luckily there were two separate beds. Bed linnen was very nice and very crisp and clean.
Bathroom also spacious, very standard, although fully supplied with disposables like toothbrush, sponge, comb and shaving knife. Quite noisy at night, but what can you expect when you're in the middle of the city action?
With regards to the conference facilities, these were great. Very good breakfast and catering, way above the regular level of quality. Pity we could not test a video conference beforehand without having to pay for an extra day for a high speed (2Mb) connection at the rate of EUR 595.00 per 24h. This is really unnecessary, especially for this absurd high rate.
Overall very good, but pricy.

Just returned from my second stay at these apartments. Mt first time, we stayed in a newer unit off of the alley. This year we stayed in on of the older units along the canal. Both units were outstanding. Being able to stay in an apartment associated with a hotel offers many advantages including help with baggage handling, concierge and use of the gym.

The older apartment was a bit worn but comfortable and had an elevator. All of the apartments come equipped with the necessities - kitchen gear, dish washer, washer and air conditioning. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The location cannot be beat.

Room Tip: Be prepared to deal with lots of small stairs unless you stay in an older building on the canal.
