Stayed one night in this hotel as the price was competitive compared to others in the area.
This hotel has been open for a few months but for some reason it still feels like it is not finished! Portable air-condition units with pipes lying on the floor through reception and the bar area. Lights being fitted whilst checking out, equipment being delivered in the breakfast area. But my issues were with the cleanliness of the room and the poor breakfast.
My room on the 6th floor was not very clean with a dust covering in most places, what appeared to be stains or marks in the main bathroom area and worst of all hairs (multiple!) in the bed from previous guests!
The breakfast was very limited (although the coffee was good!) but again the area was not particularly clean (sticky floors) and for the first 10 minutes the juices were empty, meats or cheese displays were also empty as the waitress was dealing with a delivery and the food had run out!
Checkout was very impersonal with no interaction with the customer (other than the receptionist having to move a ladder so that I could have access to the counter) and/or interest in the quality of the stay!
Overall very disappointing for a new hotel which clearly needs to improve if they would like regular customers like myself to use the hotel (around 100 nights per year in hotels).
I will probably not use this hotel again unless things change dramatically and/or in the event of an emergency!
