First of all, this museum - near the town centre and on the banks of the Maas - enjoys a superb location. It isn't difficult for English speakers to find their way round and there's a café on the ground floor (which we didn't visit). the bad news is that the car park is not so easy to find and is very expensive; 2.30 Euros an hour. The exhibitions are well set out, but on the whole the content of the museum doesn't quite live up to the architecture. And you can tell it was designed by a man - we were there on a Saturday and the ladies' loo was woefully inadequate for the number of visitors. Give yourself time to queue if you are female.
Delighted to find there was free Wi-fi and the exhibition we saw was even set up with QR codes on some pictures. On the whole an enjoyable afternoon.
