“Wonderful Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2011

We went for the full Beaumont package and don't regret it. The room with balcony over-looking the square was lovely. Decor was stylish and modern inside quite an historic building. Only slight negative - they don't like baths in the Netherlands, but the powerfull shower was a good substitute to wash away thoughts of work during an excellent stay.

The five course meal with accompanying wine was trully excellent.

Breakfast in a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere was also excellent.

We will be returning

Room Tip: Room 101 is excellent

Dear guest,

Many thanks for your positive feedback and kind words.
We do have as well Superior rooms with bath instead of a shower. Please mention by your next reservation that you prefer a bath, than we will take care that you can enjoy the bath during your next stay.

We are looking forward to welcome you again.

Warm regards,
Rozien Beaujean – hotel manager

Central hotel - lots of restaurants within walking distance Great and friendly service. Nice and modern room including free minibar. Ok breakfast. I did not try the restaurant but was told that it's very good.

Great little hotel. rooms modern, quite unusual but smart and clean. Make sure to get the larger rooms as the basic rooms very small.
staff super helpful and restaurant very very good. Surpisingly nice and cosy town.
If taking a taxi from Brussels Airport call the hotel and ask them to organise pick-up as we paid 320 euros to get to Maastricht (ripped off and was a meter fare); hotel organised return to airport in a new Audi A6 for only 140. Perfect.

Room Tip: Make sure to upgrade to the larger room and get the Bfast inclusive price

Our room was excellent, large, comfortable, and no carpets (yes!). Great new bathroom too. Staff was helpful, hotel restaurant was also excellent. Two very minor problems are that the hotel is not in the center of town (not really a problem, it is very close) and the fact that our room looked out onto a street with an ATM machine which was incredibly busy all night long, with people speaking loudly sometimes (but that isn't really the Hotel's fault). Price was very good too.

Room Tip: go for the medium size room - only a bit more expensive, but worth it. ask for a room not looking ou...

Hotel is in between the station and the river Maas, and so in a slightly quieter part of town than the main square.
Arrived at 11 am where booking stipulates a 3 pm check in - reception explained that the previous night they had been full and that housekeeping needed time to clean the rooms, but managed to find a room which was already cleaned and let us check in immediately.
Bed was great, and bathroom is fine - we were very grateful to have a 30 min snooze after getting up shockingly early that morning for a flight.

The restaurant looks great but alas seems expensive - you can certainyl get cheaper elsewhere. At night, the room was extremely quiet and we slept very well.

The best bit however is the breakfast - it's amazing ! Unless you need to leave about 7 am, don't think of skipping the breakfast - it'll easily suffice for lunch as well

Highly recommend this hotel

Our room was on a split level facing an inner coutyard... very modern and clean.
The service throughout our stay was faultless.
The hotel is located about 200mtrs. from the railway station and about 500mtrs. from the Old Town via a wide pestrian bridge.
The choice of items (cooked and cold) for breakfast was considerable.
We dined on one evening within the restaurant ...

Room Tip: Ask for Inner coutyard facing as the outer rooms suffer from street noise.

We stayed last weekend and we got a very nice room in a building just in front of the hotel with access to a nice interior terrace.
The staff is really nice, and bfast was great, the only but is that we got two beds instead of a double bed.
Room very clean and nicely decorated.
We will come back!
