“Very nice and clean and good location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 31, 2013

The hotel is average (meaning not a lot of thrills), clean, friendly staff and comfortable. Great location right next to the train station and walking distance to much of downtown. The rooms are average size, comfortable beds, and very clean.

I'll add my voice to the other reviews and say that this is a great place to stay on business. It's convenient for the train station (no noise, and I was on the first floor) and had a great restaurant too.

I was upgraded to a 'privilege' room which was huge, with a free minibar. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the staff helpful and the room was immaculate. Couldn't have asked for any more!

I spent 4 nights in this hotel for a business trip. It has a perfect location, next to the train station so it is commute from airport or other cities. Excellent Wifi. The room was nice and clean although it will be nice to add some hooks in the bathroom and also the closet did not have a place to hang the clothes - inconvenient. Breakfast was good somewhat expensive 17 euro. Helpful staff.

Not only is this hotel convenient for the railway station, it serves dinner until 10.30pm, a boon if you're arriving late on business. The service is competent, the beds comfortable. One gripe, there are no suitable clothes handlers in the wardrobes on which trousers and jacket can be hung.

Very good hotel. My 'privilege' room had a Nespresso coffee machine, free drinks, slippers etc. This is not a hotel full of charm but an excellent business hotel next to the railway station. Breakfast was excellent and in a very pleasant room.

Number 1 of the 4 hotel chains we have stayed at on this 5 -week -and- counting overseas trip through the UK and Netherlands. Right up there with the Hiltons. Room was large with a bathroom with a TUB!! and plenty of room to set out toiletries and personal items. Storage was more than ample. We only stayed one night but we had plenty of room to unpack and hunker down for at least a week without tripping over each other and our stuff. This was a BIG change from the Holiday Inn Expresses in Inverness and Edinburgh (reviews on those still to be written). Plenty of outlets to recharge electronic devices. Lighting EXCELLENT as well as heat and A/C that worked to American standards.
Despite being adjacent to train station, it was very quiet at night. We both had a restful night's sleep. Internet was fine. Once in a while it was necessary to log back on if you had shut down your device - but no big deal. It was fast enough for us. Parking in lot adjacent is €7,50 per day for hotel guests. We parked and stayed put - walked to where we wanted to go.
Staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Restaurant and bar on site with breakfast available at additional cost. Cannot comment on these as we did not eat/drink at hotel. It is convenient to University, shops, restaurants.

Room Tip: If you are concerned about possibility of noise from train, ask for a room on upper floors and on st...
