We arrived hot, thirsty & hungry via the High Peak Trail to a bustling pub & restaurant and received a prompt, friendly welcome. We asked for a snacky type menu and were shown the sandwich & starter section on the main menu. We ordered the sea food platter for two and were asked if we wanted to eat inside or out. We chose outside as the weather was beautiful and were surprised to receive our food within 10 or 15 minutes despite them being so busy. The food was good. Cyclists, hikers, campers and people there for a full lunch were all accommodated easily. We must go back for evening dinner soon!
