Went to Swiss Chuchi when in Zurich at the end of May, went in due to the welcoming interiors and to try fondue and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was absolutely packed on a Friday evening, with 45 minute wait, so we were shown to hotel Adler’s lounge/ meeting room where we could wait for a table. They are definitely not prepared for wait-listing, there was no bar and barely any seats in the “lounge” but fair play for trying their best to accommodate people rather than sending them away.
I had a potato raclette and my husband went with the 3 vintage cheeses fondue. Both dishes were very nice and a great introduction to Swiss cuisine. The staff were very pleasant and efficient but the place has limited seating and the tables were very close to each other. Don’t be discouraged by the smell of the place - it is a very cheesy restaurant but well worth giving it a go.

Thank you very much for your feedback.
We are happy to have received another objective opinion.
The price level of raw products in Switzerland and also the employer labor leads to the fact that our prices seem higher from outside, but as you have mentioned, we are amongst average, even in the lower price segment.
We would like to bring to attention, that we are more flexible out of rush hour time and you can get a table without waiting time.
Kind regards and hopefully until the next time
