“Holiday in Zurich”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

My wife and I ate twice during Easter holyday. Friendly and cosy restaurant/brasserie, typical dishes, many kind of sausage, different kind of draft beer. You usually eat with different people in the same table (friendship occasion). The restaurant is often fully, so people chat and laught so there's a noise but it isn't annoying.

“Sausages a speciality”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

Very busy but charming and efficient with delicious food, mixed sausage platter was a meaty treat and the trout fillets particularly good.
We arrived at six and got the last available table shared with another couple and had to be done by seven thirty so booking is probably a good idea.
Not the place for a romantic meal for two.

“Where locals go to eat!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

This was another "accidental" finding...while walking through Zurich one of the nights. Loved the atmosphere, happy and alive! The food was very nice and so was the server. It is a fun place.

“a nice experience about food and beer............”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

I wanteed taste some traditional dishes from Switzerland and I got them.........besides absolutly not to loose the chance to try their best beer served in a very big glass with fire.....I never saw and nelther tasted something like that.
The interior's atmosphere, may be,it's a bit too much fancy, like touristic's attraction and some part of the menu' doesn't,may be,fit too much the place were you're eating in but just ask to the waiter for a suggestion about local food and your desire will come true.
I have enjoyed a wonderfull pork's leg,my friends took Gordonblue steak and everyone was happy at the end....definitly not to miss visiting Zurich....

“Great food for a resonable price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013

This place right in the middle of Zurich has a great variety of Swiss/German dishes on it's menu. It can be quit noisy and crowded but apart from the many tourists there are also many locals who like to eat in this authentic and reasonable priced restaurant. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends from abroad. I recommend the Zurich dish "Zurich Geschnetzeltes with Röschti".
