Wonderful location with views over Zurich (request to be seated by the window, second row tables have no spotlight on the table and you eat in the dark), wonderful food - so the more sad it is to see that no professional waiters are hired. No misunderstanding here - the service is correct and good. What I missed was truly professional waiters - who would not enquire for apero before guests are even properly seated, who would not put the wine bottle right at the edge of the table, where it can be knocked down by the guest, who would notice when more bred is needed, who would notice when the water is finished, who would not work in a simple dark blue shirt, who would give the wine to try even when only a glass of open wine is ordered.
