Just the facts from my experience: Room is on the small side. Interesting color scheme. Bed was very hard, sheets did not smell fresh, pillows were non existent; had to stuff under with towels from the bathroom. Only English Channel on tv was bbc, just FYI. Bathroom was pretty nice, but no ventilation. Great shower, interesting liquid cleansers. Amazing blow dryer. Air conditioning did not do that great of a job-was extremely loud and barely blew cold air. View outside of window was construction being done but no noises were ever heard. Fritzcola in minibar was delicious. No ice. No room service but if you want food from hotel restaurant, you can call ahead and be called to pick it up-you will pick it up in a room service tray all on plates, not take away plastics. You also then need to bring it down, as we were told. You can call for an iron and ironing board if necessary. Tram right outside hotel and you can purchase tickets at the desk. Hotel restaurant is pricey and food is not very good. Bottle of flat water is six dollars. Burger had consistency of a tuna fish sandwich. Hotel staff were friendly. Elevator advertised there was "no surveillance baby." Ping pong table outside of hotel lobby. Bicycles available to rent. Sunday is worst day to be in area; civilization ceases on Sunday's.

Room tip: Bring own pillow.

This hotel has a lovely concept. Simple, clean rooms and the public areas are wonderful to relax in. The public areas are open and spacious and remind me of being in someone's living room. The ping pong table is also a lot of fun!!

We stayed in a platin-room which was very spacious. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. You can buy tram cards from the reception. The tram is located about 50m from the entrance of the hotel. To get to the centre, it's about a 15 minute tram ride but it was perfect. There is parking located underneath the hotel and the spaces reserved for hotel guests can be easily identified. The footprints indicating the way into the hotel in the car park is a nice touch!! I particularly enjoyed reading the signs "let's spend the night together" or the choice of options for the do not disturb signs or the clean my room signs. Those were definitely something unusual!

The breakfast was good in the morning but it would be better to book in advance as it costs less. I ended up deciding to have breakfast at the last minute so ended up paying full price. Definitely worth having breakfast, in my opinion though. The coffee, compared to what I've had in a lot of other Swiss places, was great!

I highly recommend the hotel and I'm eager to stay in other 25Hour hotels in the future!

Design, service, staff, location, room.....everything top! All you need for a perfect city weekend or business trip! Loved the breakfast in the garden ...free bikes for a city tour and the location near to the central station (10min) and in a trendy urban Zurich city. Will come back!

The hotel situated outside the city centre, h/ever tram no.4 is just right in front of the hotel, and take you only ten mins to the centre. Facilities and the room inside (both the software and hardware) are brilliant and stylish. Staffs are nice and you can rent a latest model Mini Cooper up to 4 hours for free (I just drove for one hour because I'm not quite confident with left driving :p.

My first time staying in Zurich West as I normally stay towards the City Center . Decided to give it a try and I enjoyed my 2 nights at the 25h Hotel. The Staff was very kind and friendly. The Room was perfect for me and my 11 yr old son as we continued our June Holiday. The Bed was firm, the Shower was good size. My only complaint is the AC was a bit weak as the room was a bit stuffy even though the Fan was continually working. 2nd the pillows were very thin and I had a hard time getting that right. Minor things, but something to be aware. Overall, nice stay and would try again sometime down the Road...
