“Loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2013

Great hotel! Room was clean and very quiet and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in a long time.
The customer service was excellent as was the hotel dining.
The location was perfect, although I was skeptical at first as it is located in the midst of significant construction. However, inside the hotel, I forgot all about the construction going on.
The tram is less than a minute away and I was able to get to all the places I wanted to go quickly and without difficulty.
The hotel has free bike rentals which I didn't take advantage of but will the next time I'm there.
My one regret was that I didn't fully appreciate how much there was in Zurich West until close to the time I had to leave. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants tucked away that I wish I'd had the time to explore!
Do yourself a favor, pick up a map of Zurich West from the front desk, and go explore!

We had the bunk bed in a quite a large room on 5th Floor in the corner. We could hear the tram noise in the middle of the night but it was not too bad at all. The hotel is outside the city centre but the advantage is the price.

Likes: polite staff, very clean, design and colours (very funky), almost brand new, the breakfast, the shower, the electric sun blind, the shampoo and shower gel, the ease of getting to town and back (on the tram), they accommodate all your requests when you are making the booking, they reply to your emails very quickly.

The niggles: I had a small stain (blood or something above my bed), no kettle and no tea/coffee making facilities, no small towels to wash your face/ body with, the price of the sauna (15 CHF for the duration of your stay- regardless of the number of nights).

Tips:see my tip for choosing a bedroom. To get there, use tram number 4 Nord just outside the Zurich HB, at front of the Starbucks. Get off at Toni Areal. It takes 10 minutes on the tram and 1 minute walk from Toni Areal stop.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room as there are parties and discos there now and then- we did not hear anything fr...

We stayed here for two nights. Comfy beds, good wifi, creative interiors (except that the toilet is visible from the bedroom which is a bit over the top! I mean who wud get turn on by watching their better half take a crap, NOT ME!) and great location. The tram number 4 stops right outside and takes u to pretty much all important places. The breakfast deal of 25 CHF or £17 seems expensive otherwise the hotel is a decent place to stay for a nominal price.

Overall it was a good visit. I found it a bit expensive for the area. The concierge service was good in terms of directions. In terms of the recommendation of the restaurant there could have been a better recommendation. I enjoyed the decor and set up through there could be a bit more privacy in the bedroom. I thought it was quote ingenious to set up a ping pong tournament in the common area of the lobby.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in Zurich in early June while we were on vacation. The hotel is very clean and efficiently run with cool, hip styling. It is located in Zurich West which is a little ways away from the city center. Fortunately, though, there is a light rail stop right out front which can easily take you to the city center. I also understand that they offer bicycles for you to borrow. Although we didn't take advantage of that particular option, it would probably be a great way to get around the city.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Before we left, I sent them an email asking for suggestions for restaurants and stuff to do in the area. Within minutes, they answered with a whole page of great recommendations both in Zurich West and the city center.

I stayed at 25hours for a few nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk was very helpful when it came to the train and tram schedule, what to do in Zurich, and suggestions on where to eat and drink (including this awesome bar where you have a stellar view of the city). Even prior to checking in, they sent an email with detailed suggestions. This was super helpful and all their suggestions were very good.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, both the lobby area and the room itself. The decor is very cool and modern throughout with little details everywhere you go from the cute sayings on the mirrors and pillows to the running stand (water, sweat bands, towels) in the lobby. You can tell they spent a lot of effort and time thinking about all the design and decor. The rooms are a good size and the shower was pretty nice. Note that the bathroom has a glass wall, which looks into the bedroom so there's not a ton of privacy when using the bathroom. They have free WiFi (with strong signal) and also a safe in the room.

The tram is right in front of the hotel, providing easy access to the city. It is about 15 minutes or so to the main city area in Zurich.

They offer a continental breakfast as well with a very good selection of bread, meats, yogurt, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee, etc.

Overall, I would highly recommend staying at 25hours and would definitely come back if I visit Zurich again.

This hotel has amazing customer service. We were given information about the city, travelling around easily, and recommended places to eat and visit.
the rooms were very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is in a lovely location, not close enough to the city to be disturbed but close enough to reach the city centre within 20 minutes on tram or even quicker if you borrow the hotels free Mini Car. The location is in walking distance from many restaurants that close very late.
For such a affordable price i was amazed at the standard of the hotel and the unique design scheme of the hotel!
Would definitely go back!!
