This is one of the best hotels in the Switzeland!
Rooms are beautiful,but not big.
Breakfast is very tasty.The staff is very professional.
Location is comfortable.

I have stayed in many hotels during my travel and some had inconsistency between price and service. However, nobody can beat the Schweizerhof in Zuerich. Extremely, small rooms with premium 5 star price. You will be greeted at 16:00 in the afternoon with a statement that you still have to wait for a check-in time at 16:30. Unbelievable. I have also lost my trust in the trip-advisor advice after this debacle

Conveniently located in front of the main railways station. Staff is very welcoming and nice. Rooms are a bit small. Nice amenities in the bathroom, and free tea & coffee facilities in room too.
Good breakfast buffet with delightful home made jam. Free Wifi gives additional value.

We were on our way to Italy via a self- booked train ride thru the alps. Zurich was an overnight stop and after viewing trip advisor selected this hotel for its proximity to the train station. A porter met us at the Eurostar, smiled and called us by name and took us straight across to the hotel. We were offered wine, given a warm towel to freshen and quickly checked in and escorted to our room. A short time later we were sent fruit and when I asked for additional mineral water it was brought promptly. Afternoon butler brought choice of snacks and a wonderful selection of chocolate. Evening turndown was wonderful to see on our return from dinner and made us feel ready for bed. I found the hotel to be clean, well-furnished and modern. The bed slept well and I rather liked the duvet. Positives: close to train, beautiful room, clean, plenty of toiletries, modern bathroom, wonderful and welcoming staff, porter service to and from train, great map and directions from staff for a quick walk around. Cons: sorry just don't have any!
