Since some negative reviews the hotel seems to have been equipped with air conditioning/heating. As requested in our booking through booking.com we had a superior double on top floor towards the backyard. Room perfectly quiet, equipped with a good coffee machine, good beds, quiet (!) fridge. One could debate the colour choices in the rooms but we don´t have to live there forever. Wi-Fi worked well but it was a nuisance that one had to log in through a website every time the computer had gone into standby or after every restart. We did not take breakfast buffet offered at 27 SFR/person and have not taken a meal so I cannot comment on that. Perfect tram connection to the village center in front of the hotel. Front desk service friendly, no problem, we did not need more than the usual service. Good value for money in Zürich.

The hotel is adequate at best. Tiny rooms where the queen size bed takes most of the space. If you are staying for longer than 5 days or have a large suitcase then it is rather cramped. bit like a 4 star hotel in Tokyo. The location is fine near Albisriederplatz on the tram and bus line and not far from Hardbrucke bahnhoff.
There is good wifi in the room and the shower is hot.
No fitness center or gym.

We (3 adults) stayed for one night in a junior suite 22 December 2012. The room was fantastic!! Fresh fruit was placed in our room which was greatly appreciated, thank you. The hotel is very easy to reach with public transport with a tram stop very close to the hotel. The shower was huge and even had a tv in the bathroom which we used to listen to music! Check-out only at 12pm, which provided us with enough time to sight-see in the morning before check-out. Thank you very much for a lovely stay!
