I have to review this hotel in the context of other hotels I have stayed in in Zurich.
Location is good, though views aren't up to much. My room was OK. I was annoyed to find that I had been allocated a twin room instead of a double but since I hadn't made the reservation myself I don't know who was responsible for the error. Does anyone actually prefer twin rooms when travelling alone on business? The single bed was just about big enough but I don't pay all that money to feel restricted.
Wifi internet included in room price - not a great signal but at least it wasn't to pay extra for - see below.
Disappointing TV - as so often in continental Europe the management seem to think that mindless US channels do double-duty for UK visitors so no British TV. (Would Germans be happy with just Austrian channels I wonder??)
Room service OK. I was a bit annoyed to notice that in typical Swiss fashion where nothing comes for free (except on this occasion the internet) they charged CHF2.50 for a coffee capsule for the espresso machine. For that price I'll get somebody to make it for me.
