The lobby was crowded by the European Tour Bus crowd.
The rooms were supposed to be modern and chic. Instead they come off as cold and sterile. The entire hotel comes across as overly sterile.
The hotel is too far from the city center.
The other Zurich Renaissance is a much nicer experience.
On the plus side-- the concierge lounge was superb. Nice view. Great food and drink. It gets pretty crowded on weekdays, though.
