As others have stated, there is nothing extraordinary about this place but it is decent if you're just looking for a quick meal with no pompe and circumstance. One of the advantages of this, is that it works well with kids. I don't reallly worry that my 2 year old is going to cause "problems" here.
Service: I never really had any issues with service. I do find that they tend to bring the food as fast as possible and it's obvious that they want to turn the tables.
Seating/dining room: Decoration is minimal & fits into the Asian theme of the menu offering. The dining room is set up to handle high volume at high speed. They do get quite busy at prime lunch & dinner hours. If you're dining as a couple, prepare to be sat right next to another couple/lone diner. This somewhat hampers any type of conversation more intimate than the weather.
Food/Cost: Standard fair that doesn't quite reach "authentic". A family of 4 could probably get out of here for less than a trip to McDonald's. Prices range from 15chf for chicken dishes-18chf for shrimp. Diverse "Asian" starters such as spring rolls, hot-sour soup, raviolis, are also offered. The lacquered duck meal for 2 is quite acceptable at 70 chf.
