“A nice pizzeria at Ouchy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

Just 100 meters away from Moevenpick hotel this restaurant is a nice and quite reasonable place to eat for people who likes Italian food. The price is reasonable, and the food is really good.

“great pizza, great service, great atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

There is a huge (humorous) choice of pizzas, which are rather thick compared to European traditions. However, they are delicious! Furthermore the service is great, staff are helpful, water is free! seating indoors on two floors or outside.

“Good pizzas, ordinary ambience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2013

If you go past rather silly names for pizzas e.g. maradona, brad Pitt, lady gaga, Barack Obama and so on, the pizzas are actually quite good. Pizzas are around 21 Franks each or subtract 5 Franks if you want to go with mini pizza.

The restaurant is clean but is lacking ambiance. It reminds me of cafes on airports i.e. tilled floors and chairs with metal legs for easy moping.

“Vast choice of pizzas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

With over 100 pizzas to choose from, there should be something for everyone (as long as you want to have pizza!). There are some interesting toppings to choose from, including horse. The pizza I had was delicious and very filling. Service was good too. It is centrally located with a view of the Lake. Great if you want something fast and reasonably priced. Average price for a pizza is CHF22 (£15ish). They also have a small salad bar and a handful of grill and pasta dishes.

“Nothing special, frozen pizza?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2012

As we'd arrived in Ouchy quite late we were stuck to find somewhere fast to grab something to eat.
This cafe (wouldn't say restaurant) was just around the corner from our hotel.
Though they do have a vast range of pizza, I was sure our choice was frozen pizza, or at least the pizza base was.
The quality was ok, but nothing special, the price was reasonable, though we were there on an offer night, all pizza 14 CHF (~£10?).
The pasta was also 'ok', a bit stodgy...supermarket pre-pack quality.
The service was fast, and the chap who took our order was chatty and cheerful, then the chap who served us thereafter was miserable...
The place was quite busy compared to other places around it, though I'd put this down to its more of a fast food cafe....
Don't think I'd go again unless I was strapped for time....
