This was my first Chinese restaurant I had tried ever since I left home for about a week in my trip. Perhaps of that, I particularly missed my home cooking. Honestly, this was quite an expensive restaurant but as the ONLY Chinese restaurant in the resort town of Zermatt (I didn't see any other opened at the time of my visit), I didn't have much choice but simply to satisfy my desire for home cooking. To my surprise, the food was exceptionally tasty. I bravely ordered the steamed fish (forgot if it was a trout or not; please correct me if I am wrong). It was really amazing that the cook could make such a good dish in a landlocked country where seafood is almost certainly not a good option. I also had the tofu soup and the veges with mushroom which were very tasty though the fried lamb was a bit too spicy for me. In general, with the quality of food and the ambience of the restaurant, I think it worth the price and added much fond memories in my journey.
