Hyper creative food from a young mexican chef who has cooked all over the world and brings it all to bear on menus that change every four days. One highlight was juniper smoked char sashimi served in a smoke filled jar with a variety of tasty accompaniments, like cucumber granita and a small millet chip with tangy guacamole. Very attentive to gluten free. Atmosphere is lovely, appointed as the inside of a lixury yacht. Service great and owners are hands on and delightful. Perfect english spoken. Wine list limited but excellent choices. Can't wait to go back.
