Composed of several chalets located on the higher part of Zermatt on a ski slope with a view on the village and the surrounding mountains this place has everything to please : modern amenities yet warm atmosphere, great breakfast (don't miss the maronecake) and restaurant, apples in every chalet, spa area in every chalet, very lively bar for an after ski drink, very welcoming, smiling and helpful staff, direct access to village and/or ski lifts via the elevator just facing the hotel, a good deal with a close by ski rental shop. If I had to improve something it would be the lobby area which I would have preferred more cosy and comfy, and the very noisy ventilator in the bathroom that goes on after a few seconds after switching the light on and takes too long to go off. Not practical especially at night. An overall great experience that we will definitely repeat.
