A wonderful and warm welcome at the end of the piste. Friendly and good service. Fair prices and we even met the owner who was meeting and greeting. Stop on your way past before going in the lift, it is worth it.

My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying every little detail and thoughtfulness of service during our stay. For those who enjoy the real luxury of ski-in during the coolest après-ski of Zermatt, extremely casual-chic interior design, up-to-date technology and a very convenient and exclusive location, that IS the place to go. We will surely be back!

Cervo is a primary jewel of Zermatt. Every minute of my stay was absolutely fantastic! Can't imagine better place for ski vacation, either romantic or family with kids. Noticed that many customers are keep coming back every year and now understand why:) Daniel made me feel like we've known each other for ages.. Can't wait for my next trip to Cervo and of course my next round of pear schnapps)))

My son and I stayed here early August. The hotel is situared above Zermatt, to be reached by the large elevators in the city. Its location makes it perfect for hikes and also ski-in / ski-out.The lay-out of the hotel is various chalet buildings interconnected by a tunnel and gangway system. The central building houses the very fine restaurant, with a large terrace outside and views of the Matterhoren. We were there on the Swiss national holiday. It was celebration time: cheese fondue and a buffet sporting the local specialties, nice fores, music and dance: it was great. The restaurant serves the nicest Swiss wines (which they keep for themselves). The service is great, the staff friendly and nice, the rooms very comfortable and spacious: what else would you want?

Room Tip: Ask for a Matterhoren view room + make timely reservations for terrace seating for dining

My eight year old daughter and I recently stayed at Cervo and I can not thank them enough for such a perfect experience. We are beginner skiers and had so much fun. The hotel was in a perfect position and our holiday was easy. We loved the food and the service. Everyone that assisted us was so effiecienct and friendly. Their attention to detail is fabulous. I hope we can visit again soon!!

We only stayed overnight after our trip from St Moritz on the Glacier Express and would have loved to stay longer! Great attention to detail with transfers to and from the station, welcome drinks and orientation on arrival, lovely breakfast and dinner, chocolates, heated tiles in the bathroom, bathrobes, free wifi. The room was spacious and modern with a good-sized balcony and stunning views to the Matterhorn. Service was friendly and attentive but not intrusive. A very special place to stay and we could not fault it!

After skiing the hotel is right on the way back to the nice town of Zermatt, you will find a nice afterskiing with live music, a nice cigar lounge and a beautiful terrace with woodfire and the smell of a chalet in the Alps. Cant wait to be back for the next New Year.
